Office Manager

Panagora is looking for a self-driven and service-minded Office Manager to join our team and make sure that the Panagora HQ is a place where everyone loves to work!

This is a fun job with various tasks and it's up to you to structure and personalize the role. 

Main Tasks

  • The office is your baby and you will be responsible for keeping it nice and tidy throughout the day as well as keeping the mood factor high. 
  • You are also in charge of general office administration, like keeping the printers alive, prep meetings, order office materials and assist our CEO with various tasks, often ad hoc. 
  • You are often the first person our visitors meet when they come to our office. As head of first impression, it's important that you are professional, flexible, self-sufficient and have the ability to identify and fix problems, always with a positive attitude. 
  • The role also includes managing our office supplies and preparing internal activities like Monday breakfasts, Friday after-work, monthly meetings, birthday fika etc. 
  • Together with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will post brand-building content in our social media channels.  


  • You have relevant work experience within service (i.e. office reception, hotel, café etc.). 
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written. 
  • You know how to use general office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines and computer software. 


  • You have a positive attitude and understand the value of excellent service skills! 
  • You pay attention to details and are obsessed with keeping things organized. 
  • You are a self-driven doer who goes the extra mile to make people's day. 
  • You are social, easygoing and fun to be around.  
  • You may have a great interest in web development, e-commerce and design.
