As a Technical Project Manager at Panagora, you will oversee and plan the work on development project for different clients with focus on Shopify app development. A big part of the role also involves building a great relationship with our clients.
Our environment is flexible, asynchronous, and remote-friendly. Collaboration happens via Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, GitHub, and daily stand-ups. Workshops happen both remotely and in-person to keep our team connected and aligned.
We’re fully dedicated to Shopify, using modern tech stack based on .NET together with many productivity-boosting tools to deliver exceptional solutions at scale.
Office wise, we are based in Stockholm, currently at the Next Gen Retail Hub. However, the team mostly work remotely, which allows you to work wherever you feel and perform your best.

What you’ll do
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects connected to Panagora’s Shopify apps
- Transform requirements into user stories, update tickets, and keep our tools (Project Companion, GitHub Projects) aligned with reality
- Coordinate between clients, developers, and other teams, making sure decisions and updates are clearly documented and communicated
- Manage QA and deployment flows: testing, scheduling, and informing clients about releases
- Follow up on project performance, KPIs, and time tracking
Who you are
You have a genuine interest in web development and user experience. Other than that, we think you will be a great fit if you have or are:
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in technical project management within web development or web related integration projects
- Skilled in requirement handling, documentation, and administration
- Comfortable working with project and ticketing tools (GitHub Projects, Jira, or similar)
- Experienced in QA and release processes (staging → production)
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience with Shopify is highly valued
- A background in a digital agency or working with multiple clients in parallel
- Knowledge of system integrations (API, ERP, PIM, CRM)
- Interest in the Shopify ecosystem
What you’ll get

- Salary: 47 000–55 000 SEK/month
- Initial scope: 50% with the possibility to scale up to 100%
