Panagora is an ecommerce agency, recognized for building beautiful and inspiring online stores. We’re looking to expand our specialist team with a Technical Support Engineer in our quest to create the perfect shopping experience online.
Our main office is located in Stockholm. We also have teams in Seoul and Tokyo. This position is based out of Stockholm HQ, with a flexible remote option.
About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide first class support to Panagora clients that use our services and technical solutions. This means quickly adapting to new scenarios and constantly learning how different systems work and interact with each other. This could mean troubleshooting issues with Shopify one week and our own platform, EDGE, the next.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, where your main job will be to quickly help diagnose issues that they might be experiencing.
Daily tasks involve supporting clients with a wide range of issues. From the operational basics “how do I….” to more advanced inquiries such as troubleshooting APIs or writing custom SQL queries and analyzing data from different application logs.
We strongly believe in the sharing and transferring of knowledge, therefore you will be placed in our specialist team that consists of developers, quality assurance technicians as well as dev ops engineers and solution architects. This means that you’ll have a great team to back you up while you get up to speed with the different systems. You will report directly to the Team Lead, who is also a part of the team!

We think you combine the following qualities with personal competencies, such as being structured, solution-oriented and curious with a humble attitude. You:
- love to solve problems
- are a great team player
- have 2+ years of technical support experience
- are genuinely interested in understanding technical aspects of the systems you are working with
- have the ability to learn and understand new technologies and systems quickly
Big bonus points if you have any of the following competencies.
This means your chance to score this gig increase, but it's not a must. You:
- have programming skills to create scripts and automate manual tasks
- have experience from the ecommerce industry
- know your way around internal systems like Jira and Trello
- have some experience with HTML, JavaScript or CSS
