Support Engineer

Panagora is looking for an ambitious Support Engineer with both experience in and passion for IT support and customer service.

You are first-line support and work with Panagora's support towards Panagora's customers. You are the one that helps customers when they have problems and guide them through technical problems, troubleshooting and general problems. Panagora strives to always maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, quality and service.
Your role is to provide long-term confidence in Panagora, where customers expect us to understand their business and individual situations, needs and levels of knowledge, no matter what matter they have.

Your tasks will partly involve direct problem solving and management assistance, but also, together with the Technical Support Manager and other teams, deliver, delegate, plan and forward customer needs to the right resources within the company.
You'll work closely with a Technical Service Manager, or in specific cases the respective clients' project manager, or directly with developers and other resources. You continuously document customer issues so that we can learn to minimize the recurrence of these and work proactively.


Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, define and document incoming reports from our customers or bugs found on their websites.
  • Assist with testing for customer deliveries
  • Assist Panagora's project managers with technical expertise regarding EDGE in particular and ecommerce in general
  • Be knowledgeable about our platform and work process, as well as unique conditions that apply to the respective customers
  • Continuously work to improve and develop our support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as first-line support
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS & SQL
  • Previous experience of ecommerce and/or platforms
  • Previous experience with web development


About the Support team

The Support team currently consists of a Technical Service Manager and a Support Engineer. We are responsible for supporting our customers, first-line troubleshooting and investigating incidents.

We also monitor the hosting infrastructure and support customer team operations. We expect the team to grow in size, so this is a unique chance to be part of this challenge!
